The Board manages the company and is responsible for devising and implementing the development strategy. The Board acts in accordance with the company’s mission and vision. The Board oversees all departments of the company. And represents it in Poland and abroad.

We assist the client from the moment the idea for the facility is conceived, through the initial valuation, to producing the design, budget and offer for realization. We provide a full range of services for the investor – from the signing of the contract to the completion of the project, and delivery for use. We conserve relationships, providing the [client/principal] with support throughout the entire lifespan of the facility. By working closely with other company departments, we can respond to its [the client’s] needs as they arise. We are responsible for sales strategies, the quality of ongoing projects, and for construction works proceeding efficiently.

We take care of all aspects of construction projects with regard to plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. We develop the conceptual design, prepare the project, provide cost analysis, and select appropriate subcontractors. We supervise the implementation process across all projects carried out by the company.
