It builds modern facilities tailored to individual clients\u2019 needs on a pre-let and BTS basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u0105br\u00f3wka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The MLP POZNA\u0143 WEST logistics park in D\u0105br\u00f3wka was built in 2019. In less than five months, an 8,500 sq m hall with a sorting facility and cross-dock warehouse was built for Inpost. April 2020 saw the completion of the second production and warehouse hall with build-to-suite welfare and office buildings, with a total area of 11,750 sq m. Both buildings obtained BREEAM certification \u2013 the first, BREEAM in Use International at Very Good level; the second, BREEAM International New Constructions at Good level. In the third quarter of 2021, the third facility in MLP Pozna\u0144 West was completed with an area of nearly 8,500 sq m. It is a state-of-the-art freezing facility with a high-tech fast-freezing chamber with a total area of 8,100 sq m and a 400 sq m welfare and office area. The building is fully adapted to the requirements of a tenant. . We implemented a 482.08 kW (1,072 photovoltaic modules) photovoltaic system on it.<\/p>\n<p>The next stage of the expansion of the MLP Pozna\u0144 West logistics park is currently underway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gliwice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2020, at <strong>MLP Gliwice in Sza\u0142sza<\/strong>, we completed another facility intended for Inpost. We were entrusted with the preparation of a detailed design, construction of a warehouse with a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with an area of about <strong>7,520 sq m <\/strong>and office buildings with a total area of about <strong>1,280 sq m<\/strong>, as well as 10 loading shelters together with the necessary technical and road infrastructure with an area of more than 2 hectares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koninko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of 2021, we commissioned an addition of <strong>9,800 sq m <\/strong> of warehouse space at the <strong>MLP Pozna\u0144 logistics park in Koninko.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MLP Group S.A. is a rapidly growing developer offering warehouse and production space in more than a dozen warehouse parks not only in Poland, but also in Germany, Austria and Hungary.
