Since 2015, it has been part of the Sarantis Polska S.A. Group and manufactures, among others, the brands present on the Polish market, such as \u201cJan Niezb\u0119dny\u201d and \u201cGrosik\u201d. Between 2020 and 2022, under the \u201cdesign and build\u201d formula, we constructed for this client one of the most state-of-the-art factories in Europe, which manufactures tens of tons of products per day. The outcomes of the project are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A production and warehouse hall<\/strong> with usable space of <strong>22,626.6 sq <sup>m<\/sup><\/strong> made using mixed technology: prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and prefabricated steel trusses with external wall cladding made of sandwich panels and staff facilities,<\/li>\n<li><strong>A three-story office building<\/strong> with usable space of <strong>901.4 sq<sup> m<\/sup><\/strong> with prefabricated, reinforced concrete structure, with exterior masonry walls and a ventilated facade,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maneuvering areas, parking lots, sidewalks<\/strong> with an area of about <strong>14,000 <sup>sq m<\/sup><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A high-powered <a href=\"https:\/\/wpip.pl\/fotowoltaika\/\">photovoltaic system <\/a>will be built at the production site.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Polipak is one of the largest producers of polyethylene film bags in Central and Eastern Europe, and has been in business for more than 30 years.
