The shopping mall was designed<br \/>\nand made for 4 stores, including Decathlon and Media Markt with full sanitary, storage and technical facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The structure was made as a single-story pavilion with two different heights: 9.5 m and 7.5 m. The building was designed<br \/>\nusing traditional partially industrialized technology (reinforced-concrete-monolithic foundations, reinforced-concrete columns, masonry and sandwich panel walls, reinforced-concrete prefabricated and monolithic and steel lintels, steel roof structure \u2013 girders and lattice purlins, unventilated ceiling with PVC membrane covering).<\/p>\n<p>The scope of works performed included the construction of the facility with all the external infrastructure: parking lots, roads, delivery zone,<br \/>\nlandscaping, outdoor advertising.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Modern retail sales and service center in the center of Pi\u0142a with energy-efficient solutions.
