WPIP Construction Begins Construction of a Student Residence for GN Group – Symbolic Cornerstone Laying in Central Poznań

The project is being built on Pułaskiego Street – adjacent to Sołacz and the Citadel – and responds to the growing demand for high-quality student accommodation in the capital of the Wielkopolska region. During a ceremony on the construction site, the foundation act was signed, and the symbolic cornerstone laying took place, thus inaugurating the project.

During a ceremony at the construction site, the foundation act was signed by representatives of all key participants in the investment process: President of the Management Board of GN Group – Karl-Heinz Gosch, WPIP Construction – Marek Mielnik, Mieczysław Porada – Construction Manager, and Marcin Sucharski representing Easst Architekci. The symbolic cornerstone laying ceremony then took place.

The event was attended by representatives of the investor, GN Group, project partners, and representatives of financial institutions and public administration. A modern student residence in the center of Poznań

The project involves the construction of a four-story building designed with the modern needs of students in mind. The facility will feature approximately 105 single and double rooms with private bathrooms, as well as common areas for studying, working, and socializing. The entire facility has been designed as a functional and comfortable student living space, meeting the standards of the modern institutional rental market.

The project’s location—near green spaces and with convenient access to urban infrastructure—will provide future residents with a comfortable lifestyle, combining proximity to nature with access to the city center. According to the adopted schedule, completion of construction and handing over the investment are planned for September 2027.
