WPIP Construction, a WPIP Group company, has begun construction of a modern student residence for GN Group in Pozna\u0144 as the general contractor. The project is being built on Pu\u0142askiego Street \u2013 adjacent to So\u0142acz and the Citadel \u2013 and responds to the growing demand for high-quality student accommodation in the capital of the Wielkopolska region. During a ceremony on the construction site, the foundation act was signed, and the symbolic cornerstone laying took place, thus inaugurating the project.<\/p>\n\n

Our goal is to develop boutique investments in prime locations \u2013 we prioritize intimate, high-standard properties. The project on Pu\u0142askiego Street is the first step in this direction, offering accommodation for approximately 150 students. Ultimately, we plan to create 750\u20131,000 places like this in Pozna\u0144, and in subsequent stages, expand to other cities. At the same time, we place great emphasis on environmental sustainability \u2013 we equip our investments with heat pumps and photovoltaic systems,\u201d<\/em> emphasizes Karl-Heinz Gosch<\/strong>, President of the Management Board of GN Group.<\/p>\n\n

A modern student residence in the center of Pozna\u0144<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The project involves the construction of a four-story building designed with the modern needs of students in mind. The facility will feature approximately 105 single and double rooms with private bathrooms, as well as common areas for studying, working, and socializing. The entire facility has been designed as a functional and comfortable student living space, meeting the standards of the modern institutional rental market.<\/p>\n\n

The project’s location\u2014near green spaces and with convenient access to urban infrastructure\u2014will provide future residents with a comfortable lifestyle, combining proximity to nature with access to the city center. According to the adopted schedule, completion of construction and handing over the investment are planned for September 2027.<\/p>\n\n
