“KOZIEGŁOWY” Poultry Plant

The “Koziegłowy” Poultry Plant is one of Poland’s largest poultry meat and poultry products production facilities.
It is among Poland’s leading companies in the meat industry. The “KOZIEGŁOWY” Poultry Plant is a plant fully integrated with the breeding division, which allows to control the production stage “from field to table” and take care of animal welfare.

The design and construction of the new production hall was aimed at expanding storage space and moving the production lines
for unit packaging of chilled poultry carcasses and parts from the cutting, sorting and packaging halls to the new premises.

The design of the production hall was made to provide optimal circulation service and to help
maintain HCCP requirements related to food production. For this reason, special resin floors for the food industry have been used, and all sanitary and circulation elements (e.g. refrigeration bulkheads, interior doors, sinks) have been made of stainless steel, which allows to meet strict sanitary standards.
