Topping out of Aluron’s new investment project

On 11 June, a topping-out ceremony was held in Zawiercie for a new project by Aluron, a reputed manufacturer of aluminium systems. We are developing the project as the prime contractor.

The event was attended by representatives of the project owner, including co-owners Kryspin Baran, CEO of the company, and Dariusz Kister, commercial attorney, the general contractor – WPIP Construction, including Janusz Signetzki, CEO, subcontractors and building control inspectors.

During the topping-out ceremony, Janusz Signetzki presented the project owner’s co-owners with a commemorative plaque and a volleyball signed by WPIP Construction employees who are involved in the project. This is a reference to the sponsoring activities of both companies, which support the volleyball teams Aluron CMS Warta Zawiercie and MKST Astra Nowa Sól.

As part of the project, we are extending Aluron‘s cluster, adding 20,500 sqm in production and office space.

As Aluron is a company committed to its sustainability goals, it also contracted from us the development of two grey water tanks. This will be reused, among other things, for flushing toilets and as part of the facility operational processes.
