Chylonia Business Park to expand. The cluster will receive a high-bay warehouse

Chylonia Business Park, a modern cluster located in Gdynia, is undergoing extension by our company. A service and warehouse hall will be built as part of WRI Investment’s new project, the ground-breaking ceremony for which was held.

Chylonia Business Park is a cluster located at Pucka Street in Gdynia, consisting of a warehouse section (4,500 sqm) and an office and retail section (2,800 sqm). Its owner is WRI Investment. Thanks to the expansion, the area of the facility will increase to 10,500 square metres. Our tasks include the development of a high-bay warehouse for warehousing and services, together with staff facilities and redevelopment of an inner road. The space is intended for lease.

– The project in Gdynia is being carried out by our recently opened regional branch in Gdańsk – says Janusz Signetzki, CEO of WPIP Construction. – We are convinced that soon the number of projects we are carrying out in northern Poland will increase, not only for the warehousing sector.

– The decision to expand Chylonia Business Park results from the needs of the local market as well as optimistic economic data. The Pomorskie Region, and in particular the Tri-City area and its surroundings, are developing dynamically and are chosen by investors who appreciate the region’s potential –notes Daniel Balla, President of the WRI Investment Group. – In response to the needs of the growing business, we are expanding the business park that is one of the key ones in our portfolio.

The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year, and on 17 June a ground-breaking ceremony and the laying of the cornerstone took place at site. It was attended, among others, by representatives of the project owner and the prime contractor.
