We are responsible for strategic management and executive supervision of decisions made by the management board.

Our team

We are a team of qualified and experienced professionals providing specialized services in finance, accounting, administration, controlling, HR, ESG, compliance and marketing.

Administration

Our most important tasks include management, categorization, indexation, storage, digitalization of the flow of internal and external documents, administration of real property and the vehicle fleet, handling inquiries and complaints, providing support services to external clients and employees.

Finance

We record events and transactions in the accounting system, prepare financial statements, annual standalone financial statements, manage bank accounts, control payments and cash flows, perform controlling duties, including conducting audits and required analyses.

Human Resources Management

We develop and implement a long-term personnel management strategy, provide training and professional development of employees, carry out employee satisfaction surveys. We run recruitment processes. Our responsibilities also include handling payroll, employee benefits and perks.

Marketing and PR

Our responsibilities include developing and implementing a marketing and PR strategy, monitoring markets and trends, creating and managing brand image, creating advertising campaigns, handling internal communication, managing websites and social media.

We plan, conduct and monitor internal audits to assess process efficiency and regulatory compliance. We store and manage audit records and prepare audit reports. We monitor regulatory compliance and manage operational risk. We develop and implement a long-term strategy and ESG -related policies.
