Upholstered furniture manufacturer Nova Polska of Środa Wielkopolska entrusted WPIP with the enlargement of its corporate head office to include a 5,000 sq m warehouse with amenities. The investor commissioned us to design and build a new facility with all the accompanying infrastructure.
Construction works began in September 2020 near Nova Polska’s current upholstered furniture factory on Szarych Szeregów street in Środa Wielkopolska, and was completed on schedule.
At present, the company produces about 100 designs of sofas, corner sofas and armchairs, employs several hundred people and, together with its cooperators, annually ships tens of thousands of pieces of furniture made to clients’ orders. The company’s business continues to expand, so there was a need to enlarge the occupied area and expand the head office with a warehouse.
