Modern retail sales and service center in the center of Piła with energy-efficient solutions. The shopping mall was designed
and made for 4 stores, including Decathlon and Media Markt with full sanitary, storage and technical facilities.
The structure was made as a single-story pavilion with two different heights: 9.5 m and 7.5 m. The building was designed
using traditional partially industrialized technology (reinforced-concrete-monolithic foundations, reinforced-concrete columns, masonry and sandwich panel walls, reinforced-concrete prefabricated and monolithic and steel lintels, steel roof structure – girders and lattice purlins, unventilated ceiling with PVC membrane covering).
The scope of works performed included the construction of the facility with all the external infrastructure: parking lots, roads, delivery zone,
landscaping, outdoor advertising.
