The investment, carried out by WPIP Construction, consisted of several key elements:

A new production hall with an area of ​​approximately 4,000 m², designed and constructed using modern reinforced concrete prefabrication technologies, ensuring high precision and an optimized work schedule.

An office and staff building with an area of ​​approximately 500 m², harmoniously integrated with the production area and adapted to the needs of management and employees.

External infrastructure, including parking spaces and circulation systems, ensures efficient access to the facility and ease of use.

A photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 49-50 kWp, with the possibility of further expansion, introducing environmentally friendly solutions and supporting the plant’s energy efficiency.

The expansion increased the FEY plant’s area from approximately 13,500 m² to 18,000 m², significantly increasing the company’s production and logistics capabilities.
