We dedicate our design service to both domestic and foreign companies in any industry. Individual facilities can range from several to tens of thousands of square meters. Our architects and discipline engineers are qualified and constantly undergo professional development, so that no project is a challenge for them. Each hall design takes into account both the industry standards associated with the specific facility and the investor’s individual requirements. In addition, we always transfer our creative concepts to the project. It is important to remember that the concept and design are not just a drawing – they are also a series of formal documents that are necessary during construction.
To date, we have already designed more than 300 facilities based on modern and sustainable solutions. Our priority is to meet the clients’ expectations which we get acquainted with in detail at the beginning of cooperation.
When preparing hall designs, we have in mind that in the future they should enable the entire process of implementation of a particular project to be planned without any problems. We make sure that warehouse, industrial and production halls are made without negative environmental impact.

At WPIP, we have our own state-of-the-art design studio. Several teams work here, specializing in specific types of projects. For example, there are professionals responsible for a design of a warehouse hall who have a lot of experience in this very area. Each team is composed of qualified architects, builders and industry professionals with experience in the design of industrial facilities, as well as office buildings. This is one of the reasons why each project may include not only industrial space, but also welfare areas.
Comprehensive implementation of each project is a considerable asset of our company. Interior designers, who are in charge of welfare and office space, make sure that work in a particular facility is not only efficient and safe, but also comfortable.

At a stage such as the design of warehouse halls, we use only the latest tools. This is, for example, designing with the BIM model that enables the precise layout of the entire area, while coordinating the various stages for the implementation of a given project. As we wish to present to investors as faithfully as possible how the facility will look like, we prepare 3D visualizations, videos and 4D schedules, making it easier for clients to choose from different variants of plot development or the shape of the building body, along with the arrangement of technology in selected interiors. It is also a great convenience during the implementation process, as it allows you to more precisely coordinate the progress of construction works and superimpose it on the time layer.

The design of a production, warehouse or industrial hall is carried out at WPIP simultaneously with a professional and creative approach. As we are also a general contractor this “know how” developed over the years allows us to carry out projects in the “design and build” formula, which translates into acceleration in the implementation of a specific project. Using advanced technological solutions, we strive to maintain the highest standards of work.
The implementation of each project is a multi-stage task for us. At the beginning, we meet with the client so that during the consultation the project team can get to know in detail the priorities, expectations and business goals of the investor in question. This allows experts to accurately determine the direction of further works on the project. When implementing the design of a production hall or any other type of hall, we first focus on creating a conceptual design along with a 3D visualization of the facility. This allows the client to implement improvements.

We tailor the design to the needs of the investor, but if possible, we inspire forward thinking and the possibility of expansion in future years. At this stage we also discuss alternative solutions, taking into account all the investor’s expectations. The overriding issue for us is the expected budget that the client intends to allocate for the construction of a particular type of hall.
Each project is expanded with elements such as:

• a cross-discipline building permit design,
• the handling of all official formalities,
• determination of technical conditions,
• commissioning soil tests,
• preparation of maps for design purposes
• implementation of technological designs,
• obtaining environmental decisions,
• preparation of documentation with the necessary permits for the use of a particular type of hall.

Using specialized software, we can complete the tasks of this stage quickly. We can also make changes suggested by the client on an ongoing basis. In carrying out the design of industrial and production halls, we uniquely focus on the technology used in a particular plant. Design solutions are tailored as much as possible to the specifics of the expected production processes, as well as machinery, equipment and production lines.
We actually complete the design process after the facility in question has been built. This is when our specialists prepare the as-built documentation, which is important in the smooth acceptance of the facility for use. Thus, we prove that we are indeed characterized by a professional approach and that clients can count on us at every stage.

It doesn’t matter to us whether we are engaged in making a smaller hall or perhaps a more extended one.
