Polipak

Polipak is one of the largest producers of polyethylene film bags in Central and Eastern Europe, and has been in business for more than 30 years. Since 2015, it has been part of the Sarantis Polska S.A. Group and manufactures, among others, the brands present on the Polish market, such as “Jan Niezbędny” and “Grosik”. Between 2020 and 2022, under the “design and build” formula, we constructed for this client one of the most state-of-the-art factories in Europe, which manufactures tens of tons of products per day. The outcomes of the project are as follows:

• A production and warehouse hall with usable space of 22,626.6 sq ^m made using mixed technology: prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and prefabricated steel trusses with external wall cladding made of sandwich panels and staff facilities,
• A three-story office building with usable space of 901.4 sq ^m with prefabricated, reinforced concrete structure, with exterior masonry walls and a ventilated facade,
• Maneuvering areas, parking lots, sidewalks with an area of about 14,000 ^{sq m}

A high-powered photovoltaic system will be built at the production site.
