Our employee-related activities are part of the WPIP Group’s Sustainable Development Strategy for 2025–2027. In 2025, we focused primarily on developing employee competencies, strengthening our safety culture, and supporting the quality of the work environment and team engagement.
The most important initiatives implemented in 2025 include:
- expanding qualifications through the implementation of annual training plans and development programs (we completed over 2,700 hours of training),
- continuing the “Manager Academy” program, supporting staff development and internal promotions,
- implementing a periodic assessment process enabling career path planning and identifying development needs,
- developing the “BudujeMY Bezpiecznie” program, which includes first aid and construction safety training,
- wellbeing and preventative measures implemented as part of the “BudujeMY Zdrowie” program,
- conducting the first Employee Satisfaction Survey, supporting the development of organizational culture and internal communication.

The “Manager Academy” holds a special place among our development activities. The program prepares employees for managerial roles and supports internal promotions. Participants take part in an intensive series of training sessions led by external experts, covering topics such as team and project management, communication, negotiations, time management, finance fundamentals, and leadership development.
At the same time, we are consistently developing a culture of occupational safety. he WPIP Group operates a certified occupational health and safety management system compliant with the ISO 45001 standard. As part of the “BudujeMY Bezpiecznie” program, we conduct preventive measures, occupational health and safety training, workshops on first aid, and safe construction work.
BudujeMY Health
One of the pillars of our organizational culture is caring for the health and well-being of our employees. As part of the “BudujeMY Health” program, we support both the physical and mental health of our team.
We regularly organize preventive medical examinations for women and men, including on International Women’s Day and International Men’s Day. Our activities are complemented by well-being initiatives, such as:
- stress management workshops,
- breathing techniques workshops,
- educational well-being materials published on the intranet,
- initiatives promoting healthy eating habits,
- access to fresh fruit,
- campaigns such as “Lycopene Wednesdays,”
- activities supporting physical activity and sports.
We also strive for work-life balance. In 2025, we implemented the “Two Hours for Family, Two Hours for People” initiative, supporting the work-life balance of our employees.
